Product Description:
It's a kind of multifunctional, environmental, clean working liquid with anti-rust property and long service life for WEDM.
It's suitable for high-speed, middle-speed wire moving and super high system of WEDM.
Product Performance:
The working liquid is used for WEDM, and it has high performance, high efficiency and high clean property. It can improve the working accuracy is 3 times the traditional emulsion.Speed is 3 to 4 times than normal emulsion.It changes the dirty, damp and fuzzy appearance of a WEDM because of the addition of high-quality additives and the addition of a reasonable percentage of cleaning agents to the product. So it's better for the factory environment and it can give clean protection to the machine.

Product Application:
For general condition can be diluted 1:10 to 1:20 exchange water use. The cast iron products don't need to change the working liquid. Only add some original fluid when the color of working liquid comes weak. You must make sure that the PH value of the working liquid is between 8.5 and 9.2.
